Cideo show booklet and dvd, called manuf, and was told they do not come with either one. and refused to sendme one. not come with a booklet or DVD—more failed bread failures than any other bread machine. The tops and middle are not cooked through. Will not recommend this company or machine I will not recommend this manuf. or machine since it does not come with a DVD and a written manual as shown. Called and they will not send it to me.

Easy to use, great basic recipes, it doesn't take much space on the counter !

I'm very happy with this machine. I've never tried baking bread before, so my very first attempts were with the mini Zo and all of them came out looking amazing and delicious, which is very encouraging for a novice baker. I found the instructions clear and that by following them my breads come out perfect. I'd recommend it to everyone who's never tried baking bread before, it's very easy.

I was sick of freezing half loaves and always having to screen labels for sugar and weird chemicals. This machine lets me eat fresh bread and I know what goes in it. It's quiet and it doesn't make my entire kitchen hot for hours while bread is baking. After experimenting with ingredient amounts and translating the recipes in the accompanying booklet from volume to weight, I can easily make 3/4 and half loaves. It's a miracle machine! 10/10 do recommend

I've had this wonderful machine for about a month now, and it has met or exceeded all expectations! The recipe book that comes with it has been an excellent point of departure, and I've been able to fine-tune to make variations suiting my tastes and ingredients with a few iterations each. It is marvelously easy to make fresh bread every couple of days with this. Barring any malfunctions (so far so good!), this breadmaker is among the best kitchen appliances I have ever purchased, and I look forward to using it for many years to come!
