Compared pricing to other stores and websites. Walmart was the better deal.
I read all the reviews and most thought it was sufficient for an average size room. The room I am using it in is only about 10x12 and I have to place it about 5 feet from my couch to feel the heat. The remote works fine as well as the oscillation. It's decent sized and look stable and the price was reasonable.
EXCELLENT HEATER. QUIETER AND DOES A BETTER JOB HEATING THAN MY OTHER CERAMIC HEATER. EASY TO OPERATE CONTROLS. I RECCOMMEND THIS TO OTHERS.
This is my second ceramic tower. This one is really great as it has a thermostat. I will be replacing my other one next year.
The Lasko heater has a good reputation, but this one when heated up had a strange smell that covered the room. I bought the heater because my wife has cancer and stays cold must of the time. Sorry that it did not work out.
