It's crap. Need to replace once again. 3 rd time in 5 years. Can't find another model that us sane size as it's a slide in.
We used the microwave once, smelled something burning. The next time we went to use it, everything thing worked ( the light and turntable) but didn't heat anything.
Catches on fire. I use my microwave maybe 7 times a year at the most. During the holidays I was melting butter so less than 1 minute and it caught on fire!
Awful!!! Microwave stopped working after 2 years. We had issues from day 1 of purchasing. We had double the time in order to warm food. It was a lemon when we first purchased it.
Product was fine until yesterday. Fire was coming out. Beware it can catch on fire. I'm glad I was standing next to it and stopped it. I bought this unit 2 years ago only.
