LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. HE Smart Front Load Washer and 7.4 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer WashTower with Built-In Intelligence - Graphite Steel

Purchased on 10/25/24and unit has not worked properly since install. LG does not have any techs available to repair unit. Unit gives a D98 error saying the duct work is blocked but the duct work isn't blocked because it isn't hooked up. I would not recommend this product.

The tub would only hold a small amount of water, so when I was doing a larger load I would have to put a couple of buckets of water in the tub. The machine was very noisy. Our son has this same LG Washtower and it works great at his business. We are loving it doing the laundry. It is a very quite machine and very efficient.

So far, SO good! We put the WashTower in a small laundry closet upstairs by our Primary Bedroom and I was worried about the noise but it's really quiet and has such quick cycles, I feel like I'm caught up on laundry for the first time ever with my 3 kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to purchase a new stackable washer dryer combo after my old one quit. I chose the LG combo and couldn't be happier that I did. The front-loading washer gets my clothes cleaner than I would have thought possible. The ease of loading and running both the washer and dryer makes things for easy for me and the compact design freed up additional space in my home. I highly recommend the LG washer dryer combo. LG lives up to its name...Life is Good!

I have one installed in my “washer closet”. The water drain hose on it is about 60” long, it does not wrap all the way around the back as shown in photo - it's at least 12” short! The photo on the website shows a hose that when shipping wraps all the way around the back of the washer: have measured one in a store to be about 100”! I can't speak to the operation of the machine as I can't use it! The seller will be taking it back. Such a waste of everybody's time and efforts.
