Samsung - 30" Range Hood with WiFi and Bluetooth - Black Stainless Steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this goes great with all of our Samsung kitchen appliances, great ventilation, lighting and easy to clean. Unfortunately the Bluetooth doesn't connect and it doesn't have the Samsung smart connection to make it more convenient and efficient for our new smart home.

Another review to complain about compatibility. Samsung do better with your advertising. Just finished having this and an oven installed. Worked directly with Samsung to ensure compatibly before purchase. Weeks later and after 25 minutes with technical support, we realized the recommended oven is not compatible with the recommended hood. Again massive failure by Samsung advertising and support department. Why are these hoods not direct connect, and why is there no list that plainly shows compatibility. I'm sure that's why sales messed up, as they have no documentation either. I have also talked with order support team, their only remedy is for me to return the hood. That is not an option, my old hood has been thrown away and the new one is completely installed. The product itself is fine.

Nice sleek design, and powerful fan. As I read the other reviews... then only feature that doesn't work, and is pretty useless, is the Bluetooth connectivity. It doesn't connect to my new Samsung Oven/Cooktop, nor does it connect to my phone or SmartThings app... very vague in the user guide too... pretty disappointing, b/c this would've been the icing on the cake for this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems to work very well but the bluetooth connectivity to my cooktop is very poor. I called Samsung and they could not help. Thank goodness for the Geek Squad. they finally got it to connect but it has lost connection again.
