i am very disappointed in the quality of this washer. we have almost had it for two years (in july) and it is making a terrible clicking noise from the agitator/tub. it will not start due to this. i am sad that we wasted so much money on what we thought was a great washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old washer had an agitator and only could fit half of our laundry load compared to this washer. The "super speed " function is great as it'll cut the time from 10-15 minutes. Love the deep fill as our full loads require a lot of water. This is great washer!

very glad we bought it. samsung always make excellent products. this washer is very easy to use. it automatically adjusts the water level depending on the laundry load, and the mode you set it you not need to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to use it the first go around. it gives you your money's worth.,

hi, my samsung washer and dryer does not work after pressing on “smart care” on the top of the machines. all functionality is loss and the machines abruptly stop and cannot wash or dry.
