[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for about a month now. I really like the way it pours, the feel in your hand. It does not drip coffee down the side when you stop pouring. Also, I like the removable canister to fill the water in. Gone are the days of pouring water into a small section in the back of your maker and making a mess. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would buy it again. The black looks pretty on the counter too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this model because we liked the ease of filling the water container in the back from a faucet instead of spilling using the carafe. Still like that feature, but do not like the showerhead feature over the coffee filter. When the coffeemaker is finished and coffee consumed, you lift the top part and condensed water flows down the sides of the machine. You have to slowly lift the top and quickly stick paper towels under it to catch the water or else you have a clean up job on the sides of the machine and countertop. Would not buy another even though it makes good coffee.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for myself and 2nd one for a gift. Love the fact you can remove the reservoir for filling and cleaning. The filter does allow some fine grinds to be in my coffee but is tolerable. Paper filters do well but not as easy.
I like the detachable water catchment but if you didn't have it on quite right it leaked. I could not seem to get a food flavour (rich flavour) no matter what I did. It is much larger (especially deep) than other coffee machines. I returned it.
We purchased this coffee maker in January 2020. We had absolutely no issues with it until yesterday, 15 months after we purchased it. It just stopped working - it wouldn't turn on. Of course, the warranty was only good for a year so we had to run out yesterday and buy a new coffee maker since we are big coffee drinkers in the morning. For the first time in many years, I went with a different brand. My last Kitchen Aid coffee maker lasted many years and truthfully, there was nothing wrong with it when I replaced it. I only wanted a newer model. I definitely should have kept that one!
