[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took delivery in September 2022, but due to some electrical issues we didn't get the unit installed until October. We've been using the new range for almost a month. It's a huge change to the old range. The glass top is easy to clean. I just need to remind others it's not light having the old style elements, so be careful to not drag pots and pans across it. The quick boil is great to get that water boiling quickly. The two zone burner is handy when I need to have two large pots on the stove. The two zone does heat up quite a bit even on the low setting, so I usually just use the small zone when simmering. The oven has been easy to use as well. I haven't used the convection for anything but reheating yet. It does a fantastic job of reheating leftover pizza and garlic bread quickly. The regular bake method works well. We haven't used the broil feature yet, mainly because I want to keep as clean as possible for as long as possible. Although I'm excited to try the steam clean feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using just over 3 weeks now and love this oven! Cooks great and quickly ! Recommend silicone counter to gap insets and we bought a smooth top cover for when it's not in use and it's not hot! Gives extra protect to the glass and more kitchen work space !

I am disappointed and frustrated with this range. When preheating, for example to 350, the buzzer goes off at 250 which I understand but the oven and the preheat lights also go off so I can't tell when it is actually at 350 which it does eventuality get to. I had to buy a thermometer and now keep track of the temp manually. Also it is not consistent, sometimes the temp will fluctuate to 300 and so I will up the temp to 400 just to get it to bring up the temp while something is baking, but the temp won't go up. I have never had just a hard time with a range but this is my first Frigidaire which I was excited when we bought it but now I am wondering if all Frigidaires are like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and in the third month when I wanted to test the self cleaning oven feature it would not lock, so I read again the instructions very, very careful and error code showed up again. I called a frigidaire warranty shop to set up an appt for a tech to check the problem, they gave me an appt for a week later. They came and said that the lock feature and the mother board was not working, therefore the oven and related feature are not working. I called the frigidaire customer service and I wanted the range replaced. I was told that they would dispatch onother tech he came to evaluate the situation and I was told the same thing and that they would order the parts and fix the stove and they would only replace my range if it was a major damage. They are coming next week to repair the range. It is taking more the 3 weeks. The results will be that I will still have a range that needed major repairs within only three months after purchasing it. I am not happy with this decision and I think my stove was definitely defective and they should have replaced with a new one which meant I would still have the full year warranty. Now if anything happens again after 7 months I was told that I would be responsible un full for any repairs. Not a Happy customer

This range looks very nice. I am disappointed for the price of this range it doesn't have delayed baking. The convection fan is noticeably louder than my previous 2 ranges however I think that feature works better. I was just really disappointed about the lack of delayed oven control. I didn't even think to ask about that feature while shopping, as less expensive models have it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
