Cuisinart 17-Piece Stainless Steel Block Set

Sharp knives are something that everyone needs to have in their kitchen! We've tried a lot of different sets - but thus far the Cuisinart Artiste Collection is the best! We especially appreciate the paring knife and the steak knives - nice weight and sharp!

I bought this set to replace knives I had for 20 yrs. This was the best purchase ever. I love everything about them!! I only regret that i hadn't purchase them sooner.

Item rusts if not fully dried and cut myself while removing rust with pure vinegar after first wash in dishwasher. Beautiful set you just have to keep your eye on any rusting.

Overall, a nice set of knives. They seem well made. However, within 1 month of use, corrosion stains and spots have formed. This is our 1st set of Cuisinart knives. Expected more. Unless the price is super cheap, we probably won't buy again.

These are fairly sharp knives to start, but there doesn't seem to be any way to prevent them from building some rust. I have no dishwasher but even air drying and the spending any time without either immediately washing or drying them seems to contribute to their wearing. I continue to use them, and they're better than not having a knife set but leave little to be impressed with.
