Samsung - 17.5 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Twin Cooling Plus - Black Stainless Steel

I was pretty excited to get this beautiful looking new fridge for my new kitchen but was quickly disappointed when a 4 ft crack appeared just a few months into owning it on the front door making it look much less appealing. I opened a service ticket only for the rep to tell me I likely bumped the door on the edge of the counter when I opened it. If this indeed happened as they hypothesize, this is a poorly designed/made product that I will never purchase again. They sent me to the parts department to order a new door...for my brand new fridge...ridiculous. Don't wastey your money!!!

The shelves are not adjustable bottles cannot go on the shelves My milk has to sit on the door and is constantly expiring before it's expiration date due to this issue. The ice machine is automatic in the sense that it will continue to make ice but it does not stop when the bucket is full and ice continually falls behind the freezer drawer This fridge was already in our home when we purchased the home I would not buy this fridge

Samsung has a problem with factory damaged items. 1st fridge was delivered damaged: large scapes on doors, factory damage under the packaging. The replacement, 2nd fridge, had scrapes on the side under the styrofoam. Factory damage again. We are waiting on another replacement. Let's hope the 3rd time is the charm, but my confidence in Samsung's quality control has plummeted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. Such an upgrade from the old one. Makes getting things so much easier. Has lots of room for proper organization. Which makes life easier. No bending over for the adults. The kids can easily open it and grab what they need. Everything is in clear view for quick access. The freezer has plenty of space for our daily needs. Very easy to clean no pesky fingerprints everywhere. Definitely happy we were able to purchase. Most likely will purchase a Similar version for my mom to make things easier for her too!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product because it is space-saving and having the freezer on the bottom makes it so much easier. I like that it has interior LED lighting and that it can cooperate with my local energy provider to save energy as we are on one of their smart energy plans. I would say the downside is that within a few months some of the plastic door trays for holding condiments and such are cracking and that the black stainless steel finish immediately chipped. We are careful with our appliances and yet the finish is not quite perfect and we've had a few dents as well. I love the look of it overall and the ease of use.
