Excellent heater. We've had no issues. Heats our small TV room perfectly.

If your just wanting to heat a small to medium size bedroom approx 11x18 or even medium size hallway then this is your go to it holds its own and has auto shut off just in case you forget to turn it off. I always turn off when away from home for long periods at a time. Remember it still can cause fires just be aware that you don't place anything flammable around it or on top of it. I love it though very quite and you can still hear your tv
The heater that I ordered was not the one I received. I was sent the wrong one. The one I ordered did not have an air flow at the bottom. When I returned it To walmart for a refund. I was told it was a third party vendor. I got a message saying that my refund was on its way and would take up to ten days. It's been over 12 days and I'm still waiting.
