Henckels - Classic Precision 16-pc Knife Block Set - Black

I really like how sturdy and easy the handles are. The steel also feels stronger and heavier than the Chicago cutlery one I used to have.

Knives seem well made and balanced. Only had a chance to use a few of them briefly, but so far they seem to perform well. Not sure I'm in love with the finish on the handles, but they are acceptable. The block is huge and not as refined as it should be. There at very small chips in the finish at the bottom and found one slot had a chunk of wood that prevented me from inserting a knife. Our previous knife set (cheap farberware) had a block the stood taller and thus took up less counter space. Overall, nice set that could use a few refinements/improvements.

These knives are like cutting rock, solid butter. They are so sharp and you don't need to apply any pressure I love how it includes steak, knives, pairing, knives, chefs, knives, butchers, knives. You don't need to look any further than purchasing this knife set set
