My only negative is that the filters put charcoal into the water when first being used even if you run water through the filter before putting it into the pitcher. But, if you run it through twice, meaning you fill the pitcher reservoir twice and let it filter completely, it cleans out that dust. Otherwise, these filters are perfect and I love them!
Awesome 5 stage water filter! I have used Zero water filters for years- I use it both at home and at our cabin. I have tested our water at home both before (meter read 371) and after ( meter read 000) filtering. I won't use any other water filtering system
when you this product the charcoal residue leaks in your drinking water. I saw this when I was cleaning the pitcher and laid the filter on a papertowel. thats where it leaked on the papertowel and I seen the black charcoal leaking out of the filter. I returned it
great filters but would zerowater please design a product (i.e. the white plastic container that encapsulates the filter) that we can reuse and NOT just throw into the landfill after one use. Other brand water filtration tanks already do this. thank you.
In fact, I love my zero water filter so much and I am very sensitive with my senses and I can tell when it hits 002. It's suggested to change it at 006. In the town that I live in, we were given letters stating. Buy bottled water wild the water intake plant was being constructed. I will never go back to anything but zero filtered water.
