Horrible! Required batteries drain out fast and no warning AT ALL! People do not have time to monitor their Lockly App Notifications! There should be a notification sent to our phones and not just in the Lockly App! Needless to say I got locked out and the 9 Volt Battery backup did not work for some reason! Had to break into my own house to get inside despite having a lock that should have prevented this!!! Horrible Horrible Horriblr experience and unfortunately I believed this was the premium of all locks on the market and I invested in 3 lock sets so quite a bit of money wasted!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, great product but there are a couple things that aren't great. The WiFi hub always has spotty connectivity between my iPhone, WiFi and the Lockly lock. It doesn't seem to matter which outlet I plug it in to... closer to the lock or closer to the WiFi router. The fact that you must swipe your hand across the screen in order to illuminate the keypad is tricky for a first time user (which I always encounter being as I use it for an Airbnb). It would be nice if it was motion sensitive or just when it it'll touched in any manner it will illuminate.

I received my Lockly Smart Lock on June 22nd. I thought the installation would be complicated but after reading the instructions I had my new Smart Lock installed within 30 to 45 minutes. I am still amazed at everything this lock can do! You have accessibility to unlock your door manually with a key, by putting in an access code on the touchscreen, by using the Lockly app on your mobile phone or by fingerprint (which is my favorite)! You can assign codes to trusted users (permanent codes) or guest users (temporary codes). You can allow guests to access your home by sending them a one-time specific access code by text, (which will be different for each guest). You can determine the amount of time that code will be good for, as in 1 hour, 1 week or for months; and you have the full ability to delete any code at any time you choose to deny access to any person! Through the Lockly mobile app you can monitor who is coming in and out of your home, with the timestamp, and how they accessed your lock, (mobile, manually, touchscreen or by fingerprint). This lock also comes with a door sensor and a Wi-Fi smart hub to keep you connected and informed at all times. This lock is amazing, IT'S THE BENTLEY OF SMART LOCKS! I recommend it to anyone that is in the market for purchasing a Smart Lock. Thank you Lockly for making my family feel safe and secure in our home!

Bought about a month ago. The basic lock installed quickly & without a problem. The BILT app instructions were great. Only problem sometimes is getting finger between door frame onto reader. Also with such a small distance for WiFi we are still trying to get that to work along with the door closed sensors. Would be nice to be able to have a print reader on lock opposite of door jamb. Also to have an easier WiFi connect. But overall a great product.

I purchased this lock about a month ago. Installation went great and I had no issues installing the lock (as long as you follow the directions provided). I'm extremely happy about this lock, but have only one minor complaint. If you dont pull your door shut all the way and the lock auto-locks, if the dead bolt doesn't go in all the way or binds, the door alerts you by beeping for about 20 seconds, which is fine, but I wish that I also got an alert on my phone (without opening the app) to tell me the door didn't lock or had trouble. Other than that, this has been a great lock to have and I'd buy it again.
