Duke Cannon WWII Era Big Brick of Soap for Men - Accomplishment, 10oz. Limited Edition

While this is not my top pick for soap, it is a great scent and I do use it at times throughout the year. All Duke Cannon soaps are great on my skin, and I can tell it when I use something else. This has a nice smell and I like it both hot and cold weather.

The way to get “Lump of Coal” year round as the sent is very close, just maybe a little less charcoal in it.

The sheer size of the brick makes it a good price value. Works very well when paired with the Trench Warfare deodorant that also has the bergemot/black pepper scent. This cleans very well. Now the cons: You cannot cut sections off of the brick to use like you can with a cold-pressed soap. It will chunk and flake. You are best leaving this as a full-sized brick This soap is not recommended if you have dry skin, seasonal or otherwise. Using this during the winter seemed to suck the moisture out of my skin and left me very itchy until slathering myself with moisturizer. I do plan on revisiting this during the summer where dry skin is less of an issue for me. I wonder if adding something like shea butter to the formula might mitigate this effect.

I love your products and usually it is 5 stars all the way. But this order was screwed up. One of my four soaps was wrong. Plus, I sent an email to ask what to do about it 8-9 days ago and have heard nothing. Bummer. But I do love and only use your soaps. So, help me out! I never got my midnight swim soap!

This is the only soap I've tried (i have 4 other soap "flavors" waiting to be tried). I am truly impressed with this soap. It lathers so well (after you get it going; seems like the whole bar has a thin layer of wax that you have to work off before the bar of soap really gets going). Once the bar gets lathering, it is my favorite soap I've ever tried. Not overly perfume-y or anything (it has a great smell). The initial bar of soap is enormous so ive started cutting all subsequent bars in half. So although the price seems high, it's really almost 2 normal sized bars of soap. I'll will DEFINITELY order this again.
