Do these bristles fall out when new? Like the 2 expensive packages of brush heads purchased in past Can't be good to swallow sharp plastic!!!!!!!

Brush that came with it was good but in ordering replacement brushes, I wanted to get one with soft bristles. This brush is great. It is shaped a little different but cleans my teeth just as well as the medium bristle toothbrush.
