Sunbeam XpressHeat Heating Pad for Soothing Everyday Muscle Pain and Aches, Garnet Red, 12 x 15 inches

I bought one of these for myself, a while back, and loved it so much that I bought a 2nd one for my brother. I shouldn't have been so hasty. Mine has already stopped working. It keeps flashing, "F". At first I was able to reset it by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Then that stopped working. So then I unplugged it at the area where it plugs into the actual heating pad, and then reattached it, and it worked for a little while longer. Then I had to do both of those things for it to work at all. However, now that won't even work. I contacted Sunbeam, and they responded right away with the fact that they RECEIVED my inquiry, but so far nothing else has been done. I'll repost if they remedy the problem to my satisfaction.

I purchased two of these heating pads; one to gift to my husband for the holidays. I was so anxious to try my pad, but had to wait until after Christmas. It was worth the wait. I very much enjoy the cover on these heating pads. Very cushy and soft. I'm 5'2, so if I position the pad vertically on my recliner, it extends from the lower skull down past my hips. The switch is easy to read, lights up in the dark which I love - it negates having to guess the heat level - and offers two timer choices. I liked the color options as well n order to designate each person their own pad. Great pre-holiday pricing!

It is very difficult to find a heating pad that will continue to function after some months of use. This Xpress King pad offers 6 heat settings, heats up quickly and is the right size to cover lower back areas etc. Time will tell if this is the one pad that will stand the test of time! I sure hope so, because I really like it!!

We have been using them on our sore spots (back, shoulders, butt, etc.) for several years now but unfortunately they keep konking out on us after a while... maybe because we sometimes sit on them. Anyway, purchasing them direct from Sunbeam is much cheaper then getting them from our local drug store chain. They do a real nice job and I highly recommend them.
