Sunbeam - Renue XL Heat Wrap - Blue

I borrowed one of these from a friend to see if I'd like it. I loved it so much I had to get my own! One of the best heating pads I have ever owned. The magnetic strips help the pad stay in place. Heats both of my issues at the same time (neck and back).

I love this heating pad. I owned one other before it finally gave out after years of use. It is perfect for my kneck and shoulder pain. I would definitely recommend it. The only reason I didnt give it five stars, is it has a bit of a funny odor to it when it heats up.

I have chronic neck pain. I purchased the “as seen on tv” version of this product. The motor was so noisy that I returned it. A friend told me that Sunbeam made a similar product. So I went online, found this product and got a terrific buy on it! I had to wait two weeks for UPS to deliver it. This is not Sunbeams fault. I use this product before bed almost every night. I find the experience to be very relaxing and inducive to sleep. I just wish that the massage level was stronger that's why I'm only rating this product with 4 stars. I would and have recommended this product to friends and family.

Love the size, love the magnet to hold in place. I wish it had an option for delay or stay on like my plain sunbeam heating pad. I also don't like the placement of the massage points, hits on the shoulder blades, not the neck or under the blades. Feels awkward. With having fibromyalgia, I need a large and comfy heating pad, preferably with massage if at the right places.

I bought it fro my 89 yr-old Dad, whose always cold due to blood thinners. He loves the Sunbeam Wrap but his only complaint was the plastic units for the massage. He doesn't use them and the hard plastic digs into his shoulders. Maybe offering a model without the Massaging option might be better for those just looking for warmth?
