Whirlpool - 36" Built-In Gas Cooktop with 5 Burners and EZ-2-Lift Hinged Cast-Iron Grates - Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my house 2 months ago. I love the look, but there are a few things that I am concerned about. The CAST-IRON COATING - comes off when you are "sauteing' and moving your pan around on it. Which is very disappointing for me, because I normally cook a lot, and I like to move my pan around on the surface of the Cast-Iron Grates. So now, my Grates look like I've used them for years... UGH My next concern is the KNOBS are TOO CLOSE to the Cast-Iron GRATES, and when you have a BIG SAUTE PAN, it covers the KNOBS, which also sometimes moves the KNOBS and either LOWERS or HEIGHTENS the FLAME.
