Bosch - 800 Series 36" Built-In Electric Induction Cooktop with 5 elements and HomeConnect - Black

I love the look of the cooktop, it has a great area for pots/pans and the panel to operate the unit. The panel is easy to use and cooktop is easy to clean and keep clean. The only think I'm not crazy about is the slight humming noise it makes when operating it. I can also use induction pads that allow me to use my aluminum popcorn maker, which is a real plus. Picture not so great, but it's what I had on file.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very difficult to register and connect this product to Home Connect and it seems there is no option to use Home Connect on a laptop, pad, or desktop computer. In fact, we have not been able to work it out and tried calling Bosch Home Appliances and listened to 8 minutes of their music before giving up and hanging up. Not happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing cooktop. The boost mode is super fast and in some cases more than double the speed of our previous gas stove! It has very fine grained control over the temperature and very nice that it auto shuts off if you boil over and too much liquid spills on the stove. It is super easy to clean when things boil over and my wife is extremely happy with this purchase. Everyone we have showed it to has been impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned the same induction cooktop (2013) but it cracked. I replaced with the same (upgraded newer model) cooktop because we liked it so well! The only change I would recommend is a full stainless steel frame on all sides rather than only on top and bottom. Mine cracked on the side that was exposed without stainless steel frame. I plan on replacing my matching downdraft in the near future even though it still works!
