Product came in a fast delivery however I already had to have the AirPods replaced dues to having sound issues in one ear .
These were a gift for my college student she loves them we were able to pick them up and the customer service was awesome
Never received my order when it says it's delivered been going on 2 weeks . Never experienced this before .
Amazing , but pairing can be difficult. Whether you've paired the pods with your device before or not, it is very hard for them to be discoverable
If you own an Apple device and they offer Apple Care, jump on it with both feet. Apple Care is the BEST coverage for your Apple devices, Assurion is a ripoff.
