Conair - Turbo ExtremeSteam Handheld - Blue

I bought the steam+iron turbo a few months ago but did not use it immediately. Last month I pulled it out to steam a dress that cannot be ironed. I turned it on, steamed for 5 mins and switched it off. The next day when I went to use it both the LED menu and the steamer had stopped working. I tried to use it a few days later in a different plug point. The metal plate does heat up but the steamer and LED menu DO NOT turn ON. I am very disappointed in the product. I would have given it 0 stars if I could because I only got one use out of it.

I had one of these that worked for about a year but it was a good product. I recycled that one and ordered a new one from Walmart. The new one worked for 3 days and stopped. Not sure what is wrong with this particular model. It's an excellent product when it does work.

This is my first steamer and I love it. I have traveled with others that use steamers and I finally purchased one for myself. I am absolutely glad that I did! It's faster and more convenient to use than a regular iron. This model has a plate like an iron.

The first time I used the Turbo Extremesteam - Steam & Iron 2-in-1 with Turbo device blew my mind!!!! The wrinkles just vanished without a lot of effort on my part. Thanks to my beautiful Sister-in-Love who introduced me to this magnificent device, she even purchased it for me because I raved about it so much.

While I wouldn't give up my full-size garment steamer and proper heavy iron, this little thing takes care of so much when I'm away from home. I'd prefer this to most hotel-issued irons that may leak dirty water onto garments. I tried to use it at home to steam-sanitize surfaces, and it works fine for a few minutes before getting to the point it can't keep producing steam and drips water.
