Third one we've purchased. Especially like how compact it is. Retractable cord and good power are especially nice.
I am pleased with my new hair dryer. It is a very convenient size.
The description clearly states this was a “two-pack”. I received only one dryer!
Although the dryer works well, the cord does not fully retract. This happened on the initial use. Disappointed
Cord doesn't retract easily or consistently which is disappointing since it's one of the main reasons why I purchased this hair dryer. The dryer itself does a good job when it actually works. But usually it's unreliable - it shuts off or sometimes doesn't turn on at all, even after using the reset button and other troubleshooting. Folding it takes some effort and I have pinched myself in the hinge twice.
