Whirlpool - 4.6 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer with Built-In Water Faucet - White

We've had this washer for 1 or 2 years and have regretted the purchase since week one. It's almost impossible to get it to balance and I'm convinced it'll bounce through a wall some day. When you push pause, then resume, half the time the entire wash starts over. There's been many times that all of our laundry isn't getting wet during washing. I hate this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy. Machine washed 5 loads and stopped working. Find out whirlpool does not have certified repair services in my area. I now have to find service on my own pay out of pocket and get reimbursement.

love it and it gets my clothes clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since whirlpool no longer includes instruction books with products we still are not certain we are getting the best way to best use both the washer and dryer. Over the last 4 weeks we have been unhappy trying to understand the dial to get the temperature for delicates, whites, darks, etc. we are working on trial and error. That is unacceptable!
