I us this fan at work on my desk and it is a perfect fit. It has 3 speeds in fixed position and 3 oscillating speeds. It can also be rotated in almost any direction. I have also taken it on a cruise. We get inside cabins and the extra airflow is nice. It is compact enough to take anywhere.

I think this would be a good purchase for anyone looking for a fan, or for a gift.
