it was an impulse buy. it came up for $80 which was a good price it's a little heavy and there were no instructions and the accompanying app could be better having a hard time figuring out how to back up it says to leave it on but sometimes I can't leave it on overnight my old Galaxy Active one could easily be backed up

The watch was never shipped to my address. the 1 star is for the seller. They said it was delivered but, in fact I didn't receive the watch. So, I opted to get the refund. I was soo much looking forward to seeing the watch. Unfortunately, This has been a very BAD EXPERIENCE.

Buy this from amazon instead. I ordered a watch on the 2nd. Walmart didnt ship it untill the 5th and they used Ontrac shipping. Its now the 8th and Ontrac has been late 2 days. Tracking said "out for delivery" since 7am and then at 10pm they lied and said they tried to deliver it. Im going on vacation in a few days and wish i had just paid 5$ more to get it from amazon. Ontrac is know to be a horrible company but Walmart decides to use them anyway.

ive had the original galaxy gear, the first galaxy bear without a camera, gear s3 classic, gear s3 frontier, and now the galaxy watch 4. I wasn't even shopping for a watch when I saw this but I saw it was only 150 bucks so I bought one since the screen on my old one was going. not only is a Galaxy watch series better than the Galaxy gear s series but it was a lower price than every other watch I've had. This is a great little watch. i jse kt primarily at work so i xan see notifications and reply without sticking my dirty hands in my pockets and getting grease and sludge in ny pocket and all kber a 1200$ phone. I've only had one issue with mine but I figured out the solution. The issue is that I was not getting my notifications. I went all through the settings and could not figure it out. everything was set to send notifications to the watch from my phone. what the problem actually was was that I had to feature enabled to only send notifications when it detected it was on my wrist but because my wrist is covered in tattoos all watches have a hard time reading that it is on a wrist. also has a hard time reading blood oxygen and heart rate through tattoos for some reason. but if you're having that same issue try turning off to only send notifications when it texted it's on a wrist.

I purchase a Galaxy watch 4 on the Walmart app. I decided that it was not for me. I set up a return on the app which said to return to any store. I went to a local store and the customer service person scanned my email for the return barcode and the computer said there was an error. The Walmart employee scanned on another computer and received the same error. The Walmart employee then told me to call 1800 Walmart. I left the store and called the number and Adriana sent me a new email with a return barcode and asked that I return to the store as this barcode would work. I did that and it was the same error. I called 1800walmart while in the store. 1800 Walmart sent another code and said that it will work. It did not so I left again. I called back later and told 1800walmart what was going on they said to have the store call them if it happens again. I went to a different Walmart the next day and the same happened. I asked the employee to call. He did and they asked to speak to me and said they would send me another barcode and that’s all that they can do and that the item has to be returned to the store to generate a return. I asked what am I to do if the stores computer will not allow a return and they will not do anything different. I was told that 1800 Walmart will escalate the issue and and send me a return label have someone call me within 24-48 hours to process my refund. I called back after 48 hours because I had not received a return label or refund. I received the same info today that 1800walmart will send me another barcode and I have to take it back to the store. I asked for a supv and spoke with Ray, she was told what has happened, she said I have to take it back to the store. I said why is this on me when you all have the issue with your system to keep wasting gas going to the store. If the stores computer gives them no options from the error screen to override the error. Ray said that is all I can do. Then she offered me a partial refund. Which clarifies that there is more that can be done but they are choosing not to refund me because they don’t want the item back. Horrible customer service Wal-Mart. Shame on you for not honoring your own return policy.
