[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love my hand mixer. I've used it for a couple of months now, and it is by far the quietest mixer I've ever had. I love the silicone pieces on the beaters so that they don't scratch the bowl. The only downside is that the highest speed isn't quite fast enough to really whip up buttercream. My stand mixer did a great job getting everything nice and fluffy, but when I went back to whip up my white buttercream again with the hand mixer, it wouldn't whip fast enough to make the frosting light and fluffy and white again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago after realizing.it would be helpful to have a hand mixer. The flex edge beaters work great. Our first use was with mashed potatoes, it worked so much faster than a hams masher. I love how easy the clean up is.
