I bought this when my Clarisonic Mia quit working. I didn't love it-it's stiff and difficult to get to certain places because there's no flex. I do like that it has a handle and a hard case. I also liked the moisturizer side, especially the heat. I will keep it for travel use, but bought a similar product in a different brand that I love.

This is exactly what I needed. Previously I was tired of having the bristle brushes where I kept having to replace the head and this had solved that issue for me! I love how clean my skin feels after using this brush, it's clearer/healthier looking because this brush isn't too rough like bristle brushes, and when I put on my products afterwards I'll treat myself to the warming feature on the back to meld my products onto my face it's just so nice! I'd highly recommend this if you're in the market for a new cleansing brush this is worth it

I've had it for a little over a year so my warranty doesn't cover it anymore. The device won't even hold a charge so it doesn't work anymore but as a basic silicone brush with no vibrations. I will say it was great while it was working, but my acne has started again now that it doesn't work.

I am a huge proponent of this face cleaner - it has everything. The only issue is that it doesn't quite stand very securely and can fall and crack. Either store it in the plastic case or devise some sort of stabilizer for it on your shelf. I hope you make it a little more secure in the future.
