We just purchased the unit as part of our kitchen renovation. We have been using the unit 3 weeks and it is already not heating anymore. It powers on but no heat
had to review to register for warranty. only been 2 months, the microwave works great, no issues yet, just as good as our SHARP similar model microwave that failed after 7 years, half the price, no noticeable downgrade, hopefully this lasts as long
Feel like it heats unevenly. Needs a turn table. Too short for anything even kind of tall. Door gets stuck and beeps 1 out of every 5 times it opens or closes..
I just installed my brand new FORN) Microwave Drawer model FMWDR3000-30 and the Drawer will NOT stay closed (closes and then immediately reopens. S/N: FMWDR3000-30/24090006
We received the drawer microwave mid-January and installed it. Within a week, the drawer started jerking when it tried to fully open. Then a week or so later, when the drawer was opened fully it would automatically close...watch your hands. Then after another week, that stopped and it would open and beep to close when it got fully opened. You can't program the time until the device is closed. Moving from a Sharp to Forno has been a huge downgrade.
