Excellent cleaner! It replaced my vacuum and a mop and bucket. It is easy to maneuver around and under things. It cleans really well and vacuumed and washed at the same time!! The best part just like any other Bissell products that I own, is that it is so easy to take apart and clean all of the parts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a Bona broom with bottle attachment and cloth pad. After long use I noticed how sticky my floors had become, no doubt because of long term build up of Bona's solution. I have quite a large wood floored area. With the very first use of my new Bissell Cross Wave the floor, particularly in the kitchen, was back to being smooth and tacky free. Am delighted with this product. I purchased this after quite a lot of research, particularly independent video reviews. Would definitely recommend, just wish it was a little wider.

LOVE this machine ! It does a splendid job on my hardwood floors and a wonderful job on the carpets...as well as the large throw rugs. Its easy to assemble, clean, and has a very long cord. I tried it on my lanolium and must say, it did ok ( but not built for that surface ) it is a tad bit heavy, but i am able to manage it. Ive added a photo of the before and after on my carpet and the water when i was finished.

Cleans great! An on/off switch on handle would make it better. It doesn't easily move from hard floor surface to my area rugs, and I have to remember to switch from hard surface to carpet mode. I have hardwood and tile with 7 area rugs, so that makes for a lot of switching modes.
