It's does not clean and suck as shown. This would NEVER pick up spaghetti. I have to sweep or swifter before hand because I have a hairy dog. Even the little amount of hair left behind doesn't even get sucked up. It just pushes the wet hair around the floor. The dog also came in with muddy paws. I immediately got my shark to clean up. It smeared the dirt around too! I waited for it to dry and tried again. It wasn't strong enough to clean that up either. I had to get a wet cloth and use my hands to scrub it off. Unbelievable what the video shows it does in comparison to what it really does do.

I expected a bit more from this model. I'm a diehard Shark fan and got this as my Christmas gift 6 months ago. It DID NOT work on my hardwood floors. The mop function didn't pick up dirt, as promised, and the water just leaked all over the place. I took it to work as the floor is perfectly smooth and flat, but it still leaks and leaves dirt. I may have just gotten a lemon, I'm not sure, but I've stopped using it cuz I'm tired of mopping afterwards.

It was ok for a quick clean , it didn get dried sticky juice or soda off the floor hardly , it doesn't clean tile floor like in the cracks. And leaves a good 2-3 inches dirty from edges of walls and corners. Even after self clean if you leave sit for 2-3 a forget to clean the whole thing yourself it grew mold in just a couple days . To sweep the edges then vacuum mop them to clean out every piece of this mop was to much so much easers just to sweep with a broom get the mop out dump an go .

I got this vacuum to minimize the time it takes me to vacuum and mop when people are coming over. It is advertised as pet hair friendly but the only thing it does is leave the hair pressed to the floor. It vacuums maybe 20% of the dog hair, and half of that hair gets spit out again. It might work for you if you do not own any pets.

The roller is too wet even after cleaning on the base, and it leaves a puddle under the mop. It starts to stink because the mop roller is over the wet and it doesnt dry fast enough. I am going to order a second roller so I can switch them out to give time to dry. Other than that, I thought my floors were pretty clean using the cedar mop w seperate water chamber, but I was wrong. My floors were so nasty on first use. Now I use every day or 2 and its still gross but not like the first time.
