It worked well for 12 mo until the sound went out, just out of warranty. Samsung offered no accommodations. I expect it to last longer than one year!

The TV arrived damaged. I was able to go to local and get a replacement. That is the only reason for 4 stars. The TV is awesome. I love the picture. I would recommend the TV.

Item Samsung TV (272.19) was returned and received by Walmart on September 26 2024. I have not been refunded yet. Please refund so dispute can be canceled out. Thank you

cannot tell you whether we like or not. box was damaged upon arrival and hooked it up and never worked. black screen. fedex sucks. Took them 5 days to deliver. they do not care about peoples priducts.

1st TV arrived damaged Costumer Service was great they took care of me and gave me a peace of mind the replacement will arrive and I couldnt be happier so far is been a great TV! truly what I expected
