unboxed it and the entire screen was cracked. it was shipped from florida to texas, but they are going to do a refund and let me order another one.

Arrived damaged then had to wait for another person to pick it up. Been waiting for a "scan at the warehouse" so the new one can be sent. So been about 2 weeks and still no tv.

I bought this TV January 14th and it was delivered January 31st. The TV would not turn on or function in any way. I did the return through the WalMart app, which is also where I purchased it. Walmart has picked the TV up, but it still does not show returned in the app nor do I have an ETA for a new one coming out. The local store sent me through five different departments before someone told me I would have to go back through the app. I have used the customer service on the app and both times been told it would get resolved and update within 1 to 3 hours on the app, but it never does. I have also called 1-800-Walmart and invested another hour of my time only to be told it would get resolved, but it never has. If this is how the Walmart works, Amazon is going to take every bit of market share Walmart has left.

Unfortunately like many others on here , the tv that took 2 of us to lift was delivered by one person. Upon opening we found the screen broken. Huge let down as it was a gift and off sale by the time I got it back and refunded .
