Lysol Neutra Air Freshmatic Automatic Spray Kit (Gadget + 1 Refill) Fresh Scent, Air Freshener, Odor Neutralizer

This is the only deodorizer I can use with all of the allergies I have! I used to have a lot of trouble opening the can and the stems breaking like other reviews have stated, but it seems you have fixed that problem. Thank you for listening and improving your products. My frustration is that I cannot find a retailer that sells the refills close to me and I have to walk down a lot of stinky aisles to try to find it!

this is a good buy for the price very strong air freshener . need no more then this for a small house .

We recently moved into an older mobile home. It has its built-in odors. We purchased the 2 Neutra Fresh Freshmatic & a Airwick. One for each bathroom and one for the laundry room. The airwick was much too fruity & perfumy smelling but the FRESH was perfect & neutralizes the spaces. However, getting the cap off the container is impossible without breaking off the nozzle. Please redevelop this problem. WE Love the freshness of the air neutrailzer.

Although I really like this product, I have to give it a bad review. If you can't get the lid off without breaking off at least two out of the 4 stems, then you are wasting alot of money. I have 4 dogs so I really like that you can set the sprays to go off at different intervals, but I can't seem to get the top off the spray without breaking the stem off. If someone has found a way to get the cap off, good for you...I've tried everything.

I purchased FOUR Neutra Air Freshmatic starter kits. I liked them immediately and kept all four going at the highest rate of spray. Soon, the freshmatics were out of spray refills. I purchased FOUR new refills and came home and TRIED to install them. NOT ONE of the refills fit and the stem broke off of each one. I bought FOUR MORE refills and TRIED again to install them. The same thing happened - - - the refills would not fit in the container and again, the sprayer stem broke off. Not wanting to waste (YES, WASTE) anymore money, I switched over to Air Wick and have had no trouble with that product. I have used many Lysol products in the past, but this experience has certainly changed that - - - my money is too hard to come by. Someone needs to take a serious look at this product.
