Dremel 231 Rotary Tool Shaper/Router Table to Sand, Edge, Groove, and Slot Wood

Product is well made and easy to integrate into any work bench or woodworking area. I also use it with my portable table when working outside the shop and it attaches securely and works perfect for my needs. Happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for putting a beveled edge on a toy I designed. And I made a jig that allowed me to make hundreds of parts that were all the same so that they would fit together tightly. That saved me many hours or days and much pain from holding a small piece of hardwood in my fingers in order to have two game pieces that rolled the same on a hand held board for an eye hand coordination game that I developed for a simple shape that I was granted a US patent on. I couldn't afford the injection molds to mass produce my "wobblers" or "rockin' rollers". Having small uniform game pieces allowed me to develop the game I call Accessum Centrum which can be seen on Youtube.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Making wood toys requires accuracy, fine tools, and patience, that being said this Shaper/Router Table is the answer to a woodworker's dream...easy to assemble, use and put away. It was for me...rounding edges, shaping pieces it works like a charm, did I just 'date' myself ? Any way as a life long woodworker & Cabinetmaking Teacher, I strongly reccommend this tool ! ! !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a model builder, and doing some fine wood work for display cases, and such this a GREAT small tool that doing model work is GREAT! It doesn't take up the space of a normal wood shop type tool of the same, and does the same work with the Dremel name states! I have yet to have any trouble or any type of problems getting the job done this tool is made for and does it very well.... Used this very tool for the 1st time, to build my Daughter a doll house when she was little and it still sits in her bedroom! Plays with it all the time and this tool made all that wooden shaping for trim possible! I use this tool for my own uses as a model builder and doing Diorama's and even make display cases for my models with it!
