Graco - Kimberly 5-Drawer Chest, Espresso

We ordered this product to go with the other furnature we already had. It matched perfect but came with a slight scratch on the side panel. It's not that noticable when it's put together but it would be nice if they added a furnature marker in the package because apparently all the furnature we bought from Graco has a scratch here or there. We put it together in less than an hour but we had a very hard time getting the sides to line up and the pieces to fit. It was very FUSTRATING to say the least. When we finished the drawers did not line up perfectly so they one side on all the drawers did not close all the way. My husband made the comment that 'it's a good thing it's a dark color so we can't see they don't line up' He's right, it's barly noticable but irritating that it's not perfect. The quality of the dresser is nice. It looks like it could last a long time. I am mostly pleased with the product other than the scratchs and it not lining up perfectly but it looks good and sturdy. I would recommend this to people who don't have too high of expectations but want it to serve it's purpose... if my husband had it his way he would of put a sledge hammer to it when putting it together because it was very fustrating.. so be prepared with patience.

This dresser looks good and that's about it I would have to say. It took my husband a full evening to put it together and when it came to putting in the last drawer it didn't fit right and it won't sit on the track right which is so frustrating. Who wants to take the whole thing apart at this point and return it. Kind of dissapointing. It looks good with our Graco Lauren furniture but the bottom drawer is a pain. If my husband and I open it it's fine cause we know it has a problem but if someone else does it will fall out. Not very good quality and most of the holes didn't line up either so that made it difficult to put together too and very time consuming.

Okay, good before bad!!! This dresser is beautiful in my daughter's room and it matches her crib perfectly! (Graco Lauren, espresso.) It is a very sturdy piece of furniture as well if assembled correctly. At first I didn't think it was going to be sturdy at all, but after attaching the back piece to it I knew I was wrong. I didn't have any of the problems that most people had with this dresser. (ie.. Scratched pieces/ missing pieces.) My husband and I did our hardest job to follow the directions as strictly as possible. I have to say, we could NOT have put this together without the directions… but I don't think it is humanly possible to follow them exactly because some things just don't make sense. However, by reading all the directions first and understanding what you are suppose to do you can figure out what the dang thing means..... sorta.... (I also alphabetized all the pieces first. Major help!) Now the bad…. This dresser takes hours to put together. When people say hours, they mean hours. I can't tell you how long it took, because we worked on it on and off during the day. BUT after we sat down to finish it, it did take us over three hours straight. I think for the price, it is sooo much work! Also, the one thing that really ticks me off is that one drawer isn't in there straight. You can't see it unless you look at it carefully, but it bothers me because I know it is there. Would I recommend this? Well, I couldn't find ANYTHING that matched the stupid crib besides this dresser…. If you can find something else I say go for it…. And if matching furniture doesn't matter, then I would avoid this dresser. The main thing with this product is that it does take forever to set up and it isn't an easy forever either. But it is beautiful… but I don't think it is quite worth the hassle of making it that way.

I ordered this product for my daughter's nursery. It fit our budget and was the exact look I was going for. It arrived quicker than I expected. The bottom of one of the sides of the dresser had a slight dent but we decided not to order a new piece because it was very minor. As the other reviews stated the instructions were very confusing & it was easier just to look at the pictures to figure out the steps. Also one of the pieces didn't fit properly so we needed to kinda twist it in order to get it to fit. Other than that the product seems extremely sturdy & is a great value for the money.

My husband and I were both quite disappointed with this product. We had already purchased the Graco Lauren crib and changing table in espresso and this is the ONLY dresser we could find that matches the color exactly. Although the product looks nice and the color matches perfectly, it is not a good piece of furniture. The directions are HORRIBLE! On top of that, we were missing about 8 screws and several dowels. We had to go out and buy these separately just to put it together. Then, when we put the drawers in, none of them closed properly. They all hang slightly crooked and won't close completely on the left side. As a first-time mom, I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. If I could find anything else that matched our crib I would send this back!
