Sprayer works very well, only issue i had is at very first use it would not prime up to spray, i had to turn sprayer upside down and then it primed and has worked well ever since, only dislike is that i dont like how hose is not detachable on the sprayer body end, if u would need to replace the hose you would have to disassemble the sprayer body to gain access to end of the hose, its not one of the most comfortable to wear either, they should have formed the back of sprayer differently or added some padding because it doesnt sit real well against your body, otherwise it works great

The pump quit working during the first use. Cannot get customer support. Not sure what the issue might be. Could be the dial-switch or the pump. Waited on hold forever. No response at the "faster-online" chat support outlet either. Still trying to get assistance from HARTTOOLS product support.

The backpack design, and the way it's laid out to be able to spray is amazing. But the batteries definitely do not work for a long period of time! The longest time I have gotten on a battery is about five hours. And now when we charge it, it only lasts about two.

Trying to be fair here, I gave 3 stars mainly because their return process and shipping speed were excellent after my 1st one broke and I had to order another one. That said the quality control on this backpack sprayer is really bad. On the 1st one I got, the battery compartment had alignment issues that prevented the battery from seating deep enough in to actually lock into place. It also had issues with the trigger mechanism not allowing water through the wand. After getting that resolved and finally working, the sprayer stopped working after just one job. It would not turn on anymore, and I tried different fully charged batteries, but nothing worked. So I returned it in store and ordered another one. The 2nd one seems to work fine, but it was clearly used before. The was dirt/debris in the strainer, the straps were very dusty, and the trigger/wand still had water in it (or what I hope is water). They clearly sold me a used product at new prices. I honestly don't care too much about that as long as the product works, but I know others would be bothered by it. This honestly could be a 1 star review, but because the return (within 90 days with a receipt) and shipping process is so good that getting a working replacement is pretty easy, it bumps up to a mediocre 3 stars. If you're not already invested in the Hart platform or can't be bothered with this hassle, then I would suggest going with a different product.

Hart tools did it again. This sprayer can hold 4 gallons of liquid which is quite heavy but the backpack style straps make it easy to carry around. It has a good distance it can spray full on and can spray a fine mist if you want. I sprayed for several tank fills and never ran out of battery power so cant say how long it will last but lasted longer than I needed. In short yes I recommend this sprayer.
