Duck HP 260 Clear Packing Tape with Dispenser, 1.88 in. x 60 yd., 4 Rolls

I bought this think "Duck" brand would be great, especially since it is supposed to be "High Performance." I won't buy it again. The prongs that keep the end of the tape from sticking to the roll aren't very long. It took me 25 minutes to get the roll operating again. It kept splitting so I kept having to use my fingernail to lift it from the roll. I would have tossed it if it wasn't a brand new tape/dispenser.

I ship a lot on eBay and this is the best tape I have ever used. Heavy duty, sticks to anything and stays stuck. one wrap around the seam of your package is all you need. I also use it to tape down my labels. Costs more but worth it.

This tape is strong, and it is sticky. But not crazy sticky that causes problems. It will seal your boxes, leaving no doubt that your shipment will stay closed. Some reviewers are complaining about the tape splitting. They are probably not using a tape dispenser. Some reviewers are complaining that the tape gets stuck to itself on the roll. Well, of course it will. It is designed to stick. So either use a tape dispenser, or fold over the end when you are done using it. Some tapes smell. This one does not smell (unless you put it up to your nose). The tape does everything right, and the price is competitive.

Can't go wrong with the Duck tape brands I have a couple of different kinds of tapes of Duck Brand and the dispensers make it great on each roll of packing tape

I refuse to use any other brand. This brand is not so thick that it’s hard to work with, and it’s not so thin that it just tears in random spots at random times. Works well to package belongings for a move.
