I love how it comes in a powder you can make a drink out of just add water . It has vitamin C D and B in it plus zink and elderberry this stuff taste so good and I love it warm to really help my throat.the lemon flavor is good to just mix one packet with 4 or 6 oz of hot water stir and drink you can use up to 4 times a day .
