I received Equate Children's Cherry Pain & Fever Acetaminophen Pain Reliever/Fever Reducer Suspension Liquid, 4 fl oz for an honest review. I discovered several years ago that the children's dosage was sufficient to relieve my adult headaches. (Why take a higher dosage if it's not needed?) So, I was super excited to receive a free sample of the dye-free cherry acetaminophen suspension. I received this product as a free sample. This week my three year old had a fever with body aches and a stuffy nose. He took doses of this medicine without me having to fight with him or hide it in soda, so it must have a pleasant taste. It relieved his body aches and brought his temperature down to normal. With this cold weather, little ones tend to get sick quite often. My nephew was running a fever and we gave him some of this Equate Pain & Fever Acetaminophen suspension and it worked well. It brought his fever down. I've tried equate products before so I'm not surprised it works. I like the syringe feature too because it makes it mess free and easier to give infants the dosage. You can just shoot it in their mouth without hesitation. Good thing he likes the cherry flavor too. Another thing I like is how it's both alcohol free, dye free and aspirin free.
