[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Starbucks Verona ground coffee is fantastic! I haven't had this blend/flavor before, but it was great! The wife drinks it occasionally at work, so she already knew it was great. Smooth, delicious flavor, even with no sweetners. I set my coffee maker to go off at 5am in the morning, and nothing is better than rolling over to shut the alarm off, and smelling the coffee all the way in the bedroom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a #freesample of this blend and only deterrent for it was the initial bite of darkness threw me off on my first sip but the subsequent sips were a smooth and pleasant way to start my morning. I tend to drink my coffee black so assume the “bite” may not be noticed for those who add creamer.

It has a pleasant taste and I can recognize the hint of cocoa but didn't notice as much the caramelized sugar taste. This was more of a stronger brew of coffee which brewed great in both my Keurig and traditional coffee maker..

Verona was prepped using a pod style maker because I wanted a good crema developed and the result was a nice and rich taste that did not leave the coffee bitter at all.

I love Cafe Verona and I like to mix the regular with the decaf. I have not been able to find the beans for a long time now and it is very frustrating. Most of the stores sometimes have Verona, but never Verona decaf. It's very frustrating. I end up getting other things that I don't like as much. Please bring it back.
