I gave four stars only because i cannot say they are better than other Vitamin C options but will keep buying these as I like the taste and not another vitamin to swallow.

I've been using this product for years and, although I can't guarantee the results, I haven't had any colds in all that time. In addition, I found the non-chewable products difficult to swallow. When I switch to chewable, I haven't had a problem. Nice, citrus-y taste!
