ORGANIC INDIA Amla Herbal Supplement

Amla is one of the highest antioxidant herbs out there. The quality ingredient known for improvement and benefit of ageing. I've been taking the supplement for a few days and not sure if its a placebo effect but noticing improvements in energy and mental focus.

Whilst studying research on supplements for type 2 diabetes that enhance kidney health and assist in lowering blood glucose, I found positive data on use of Amla, so thought I would try it. I've now been using (2) capsules a day for 42 days, taken a half hour before two main meals as part of the other natural supplements protocol I've developed, and it does seem to be assisting in lowering my blood glucose and A1C. I will continue using it.

These are so good quality. I really like the packaging. I've heard very good things about taking Amal for overall health. I think taking capsules are best way to do so. These are very good quality capsules. It has so many benefits. It is good source of Vitamin C.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Organic India's Amla supplements! When feeling under the weather, these provide a quick pick me up. I am an adult in my 50's and when I had pnuemonia, I took 36 Amla capsules a day, split into 3 doses. My pnuemonia was mostly gone in 2 days without the use of any pharmaceuticals. Unlike many drug store/supermarket varieties of vitamin C which can be acidic, Amla is alkalizing. This is our go-to remedy for most illnesses. We've tried other brands, but found that the Organic India brand works the best for us.
