Dorel Living Full/Queen Headboard, Cherry

The headboard came in a lot of pieces. We had no trouble assembling it. It looks good. It serves its purpose in our guest room.

This headboard added just the right look for my full bed. So glad I found it. My daughter assembled and attached it easily.

This is a pretty basic headboard, nothing too flashy, but you have to pay particular attention to how you put it together, which took a bit more doing than I thought a headboard should take. Make sure you pick out which sides of everything you want to be the front and the back. Most everything can be flipped one way or the other, so just pick out the sides of everything you like best. The very top crown piece DOES have a front and back, so make sure you have that correct. Here is what got me: the two main square panels that make up the left and right part of the headboard have a groove cut in along the top edge, that the top piece of the head board fits into (I know it's hard to know what I'm talking about, but when you build it, you will see). MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ATTACH THE TWO SQUARE PANELS TO THE LEGS THAT THEY ARE NOT UPSIDE DOWN, THE GROVES GO ON TOP, NOT THE BOTTOM! If you put those panels in upside down, the top piece will not fit correctly on the legs and you will have to take everything apart to turn those panels right side up (can you tell I did this?) My bed frame did not line up with the holes in the bottom of the legs to attach it (which, I think is the frame's problem, NOT the head board's problem) so my queen box/mattress are just pushed up against it on the wall, and that seems sturdy enough. Overall, this is good, and I would recommend it to a friend!

Looks great, cherry color looks good, easy to put together. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised, great value.

The headboard is beautiful, easy to assemble, good quality, and looks great in my son's room. You can't beat the price either! I would highly recommend it!
