Mainstays Montero Sofa Bed, Multiple Colors

Carton was quite beat up. There were dirt spots on the cushion fillings. Firmness is only so so. The armrest arrangement is weird & doesn't sit right. There was space but no storage container under the base as expected & as seen on other similar models. Would not buy if had to do it over again. Assembly was not bad. No tools required.

Bought this for our extra room. Wanted something that would covert into a bed but did not want a sofa bed or the usual futon. This provides the softness and comfort of a couch and makes a very comfortable bed. It would be crowded sleeping 2 but could be done. Took my 24 year old son about 20-30 minutes to put together. Overall a good buy!

I had been looking for a couch for our playroom. I had another one in mind to buy but it was discontinued. We ended up with this one in brown because everything else that I liked was sold out. It is a nice couch....basically an upgraded futon....but for my purposes that's fine. It sits comfortably....not too soft but a bit firm....good to keep me up and moving though. It looks pretty much like the pictures. It folds down very easily but their is no place for storage for sheets/blankets if you wanted to use it as a bed for guests. We did buy the Design4Comfort Faux Leather Storage Ottomans and I may use the large one as storage. It seems like it will be kid friendly and wipe off easily. Make sure you have someone to help bring it in when the box is delivered because it is a bit on the heavy side. Setting it up was so EASY! We had it together in 20-30 minutes. It took longer to move the old couch and vacuum under it than to put this one together. All in all I think it is a good product for the money.

I love this sofa but my sofa had problems. the right arm didn't have holes for the front piece at the botton . I called company but they said I had to send the sofa back . I had already put it up and the back holes was too high for the bed to stretch out after hooking it up on both arms The back won't sit up unless up against a wall or table. But it has lots of storage space under seat. I still love the sofa it looks so rich!!! Soft and smooth! please send me a right arm so it will look as good as it looks on page. Please and more screws.

I didn't want to spend more than 350$ on a futon. Shopped all over online until I found this one. It got good reviews so I tried it out. I have to admit, it meets the hype. I've been using it every night to sleep on. I especially like that it doesn't LOOK like a futon at first glance. The foam in the arms could be a little harder, but that is being very picky. Very happy with the product.
