Philips HF3651/60 Wake-up Ligh

This simple product has made all the difference with helping me wake the same time every morning even before my alarm goes off!

Thanks to this SmartSleep Sleep and Wakeup Light, I've become an early bird after 45 years of being a night owl!! When I first plugged it in, I set the alarm to 6:00 am with the bird sounds and have been out of bed by 6:03 every day since. I keep forgetting to turn the alarm off on the weekend, so I have not been sleeping in on my days off. This is both good and bad. LOL I do not use the wind down, breathing, or radio. I don't use the night light very often. One drawback, I did not know there was a difference between a connected and regular version of this lamp. I assumed “Smart” meant it worked with my smart phone and when it was delivered, I tried connecting to the app. That didn't work. The smart connected version probably would allow me to sleep in on the weekend, but this is a sunk cost. I am not going to buy a second one. The version I bought does have two alarm settings, and it is super easy to disable one alarm and enable another. I just need to make it part of my routine. Long drawn out explanation made short, make sure you get the one you want, connected or non-connected, they have slightly different model numbers…. I 99% love this product. It loses just 1% because the one I bought doesn't connect with the app, but I should have researched a little more.

I purchased this product, which I am partially regretting. Overall the appearance is nice, sounds produced are good quality, and the touch controls are nice. However, it is not the easiest to use when it comes to turning alarms on and off, and requires additional steps to turn on sound input from external devices. There are 2 alarms that can be programmed but there is no feature to specify which days to have the alarms programmed (for example off for the weekends). For the asking price, I would have expected far better than what this delivers.

Great, love it + radio alarm & nature sounds with sunshine every morning, great especially for dull winter or cloudy mornings.

Lot of setting and still trying to understand them all. But I do quite enjoy the gradual wake-up with light and nature sounds. A much calmer and peaceful way to wake up.
