Nature Bright Sun Bliss 2-in-1 Portable Light Therapy and Wake Up Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am one to admit I am not a morning person! I struggle to get up in the morning and the alarm usually gets snoozed a million times before I actually get up! I couldn't wait to try the Nature Bright - SunBliss Portable 2 in 1 Light Therapy and Wake Up Light. This device gradually emits light so it simulates dawn. I tried it for a couple of weeks to see if it actually made a difference. It does! Ever since I've used this device I have been able to get up with less problems and way more energy! One of the great features it has is that you can set a ringing alarm or the wake up to light or both! I first tried it with just the alarm and I felt like no difference. Then I tried the sunrise feature which is great. Love how the light gradually gets brighter and you can set up the time to go on but I still had issues getting up. Using both features together made the difference for me! So you will have to set it up to see what works for you but it's so worth it!. I also love that It's a great size to take on the road and it's lightweight so it won't weight you down. The only thing I would change would be the screen. I wish it was a little bit bigger. None the less, it is a great product and I certainly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For such a small gadget the SunBliss truly packs a punch. Right out of the box it felt substantial and well made. A quick read of the instruction pamphlet was all that was needed to get her up and running, the menu on the device is very user friendly itself. Figuring out how to get the stand situated was more difficult than the settings Trial and error for a few nights with changing location and direction of the light and I was starting to feel the benefit of the therapeutic lights. It didn't take long at all for my body to adjust to the soothing wakeup cycle of the device and not need a jarring alarm to awaken. After a month of nightly use I am waking before the full cycle and feeling completely rested and ready to face the day. So much better than being startled by an annoying alarm that just starts me off in a bad mood. During the day I place the SunBliss on my desk and turn it on when I start feeling that mid afternoon drag, and now I don't get that sleepy crash as much. I'm excited to get the full benefits of the light therapy in the winter months when sunlight is minimal. I love the small size and portability of this little thing but being cordless/ rechargable or battery operated would make it even better. Although I am confident in my wake cycle now I still feel the need to set my regular alarm just in case the electricity goes out during the night. Even so I honestly enjoy knowing my SunBliss is there for me :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that there is a bright light in my face with an alarm. That Way i will have to wake up and turn it off instead of oversleeping all the time. And it's small to travel with. This is good for people that need an extra push in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been needing to change my sleep habits so that I can get on a batter sleep schedule and this light is helping me get there. The gradual wake up feature is great. Instead of waking up in a dark space I now have a nice light. I'm excited to try it during travel. When I close the window coverings at a hotel it can be pretty dark making it difficult to want to wake up when it's time. I feel like it's still night time so my energy level is low. With this light I'll be able to wake up easier. It's compact and will be great for travel. The light therapy feature works really well. The light intensity is adjustable and boy can it get bright! It's perfect! The instructions are clear and once you get used to it, operating it is easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started a new job and the hours are crazy so this light has made the transition so much smoother. It nice that I can adjust the light on it to the way I want it. This also works great for light therapy but I prefer to use it to wake me up.
