Swanson Testofen Fenugreek Extract - Ayurvedic Herbal Supplement Promoting Health for Men and Women - (60 Veggie Capsules, 300mg Each)

As a 66 yr. old Fenugreek Extract is no magic elixer but a steady dose impacts my energy and vigor mildly. I notice it's effects most notably when I take a monthly break from it. I feel sluggish weak and lazy but upon re-taking this product notice a return to vigor. I definitely recommend this product.

I encouraged my hubby to try this product after reading so many of the great reviews.He's noticed a marked increase in physical energy output yes, but not only that--concentration during his day. Just being able to juggle all the stresses and projects that fly at him, with more mental clarity and focus.As for what I've noticed--is a DEFINITE increase in his energy, *wink wink*.We took the advice of another reviewer and doubled up the dosage. I think that if you are a finer boned guy, than the regular dose works but if you're beefy, tall and more of a construction worker like my hubby--then double it. Noticed most of a difference when he did.Also, he's taking the Swanson's High Potency Soft Gel Multi.

First off, the ordering/delivery part of this product was easier and faster than I would have expected. As far as the effectiveness of Testofen, well... the jury is still out.I am new to male supplements so I'm not sure what to expect. I am trying the product for the purpose of maintaining muscle definition at the age of 63. I work out lightly every day and am in good condition, but it seems to get harder to keep that edge. After 3 or 4 weeks on Testofen, I am not sure how much credit to give the supplement. Even though performance improvement wasn't a factor, I do notice that completing the transaction is probably enhanced.

this review pertains to the following product used as a swanson combo: Muira Puama Maca Fenugreek (testofen) catuaba D aspartic acid Been on this for 3 weeks and this is what I noticed: better energy (diminished afternoon crash) better sleep even though I am sleeping slightly less hours libido and performance and noticeably improved in all aspects improved performance and endurance in the gym slight acne - indicative of higher testosterone and estrogen (might need to add an AI later on) cons : the fenugreek is somewhat expensive but the bundle as a whole is very nicely priced :-) note : the DAA I used is called testforce and is chelated DAA also note : this review is repeated across each of the bundle components Recommended!!!!
