Swanson Energy Boost Delayed-Release 60 Veggie DrCapsules

Unfortunately, this one does not do much for me. I indulge in B12 gummies early in the A.M. and thought this may be a nice addition for hard work afternoons. I take this supplement with no noticeable results. It may work for others, every body is different; just not for me.

I've used this off/on over the years and it can be 'taxing' as to how much caffeine is actually activated in it. My best guess is: approx. 50-75 mg per capsule...I generally drink two cups of coffee/day and; to equate that I take a double dose of "Energy Boost"; the recommended dose is a single capsule/day. Your use may vary for sure.

It works well although it is not the only one of that kind. Anyway, I find it useful on days when I have to more strenuous exercise than other days. It has useful ingredients.

I would recommend this product if you need energy throughout the day. I still have my coffee and do not have any jitters with it. I am 65 and this helps me power through my day.

A lot of caffiene so may not be for everyone. But does not give me jitters and I am sensitive. So they do make a similar variety that has less but higher levels of all other ingredients too. Meantime just like these and take only one in morning to give me a boost. Price has doubled in the past few years and I do think therefore value is going down.
