Alli Weight Loss Aid Resolution 120 Ct. and 60 Ct. Bundle

I take one pill with each meal. Since I had both knees replaced and developed tendinitis on my left foot I stop exercising and gained over 40lbs in 3 years. I tried all kind of products on the market that promised to give results but none of them worked for me so I stopped trying. On January 2020 I decided to give a try to Alli, of course I was kind of skeptical at first because nothing I tried before worked but for my surprise a week later I had lost 5lbs so I started limiting eating bread, rice and sugars, didn't eat anything fried, that's all I did and 5 months later I have lost 30lbs without exercising. Of course, there's always cons like when you eat fat you have unwanted discharges which makes you realize that you have to eat healthier. I would definitely start exercising again and keep going until I feel at my best. Thank you Alli!!

Highly recommend starting product when you can be home to see the side effects, which teach you how to eat better. Be careful of even "good" fats like avocados and nuts, they will trigger them, as will Atkins or Keto type diets. Unless you want to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. It took about 6 to 8 weeks to see noticeable results, but I was not seeing any at all without this product. Excellent for people who struggle to lose.

It forces you to change your eating habits, and once you do the side effects go away. I would say it in about 2 weeks my body acclimated. After about six weeks modest weight loss was noticeable, but its enough to feel successful and motivates you to keep trying.

I honestly cant say enough great things about this product. I was skeptical when I first got it and I am now on my 3rd month. I have lost 34lbs so far and I am hoping to get another 30 out of it. My Dr even said he is shocked and thrilled it has worked so well for me as he was even more skeptical than I was. 3 months ago I was wearing a size 16 and just today I got into a size 11. I have so much more confidence in myself and last month I put on a bikini which I havent done in 22 years.

I usually take Alli twice a day, lunch and dinner. I have been using it for 9 weeks and have lost 23.8lbs and brought my BMI down 2 points! I have totally change my eating habits and am able to get out and move about more easily and feel so much better!
